Postage & Packaging Costs

Up to date delivery charges can be viewed on our shopping cart page when you add items to the shopping basket.

All UK destination orders will be sent by either Royal Mail 1st/2nd Class, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery or next day courier (next day courier excludes weekends and bank holidays. Order has to be received by 1pm).

International Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Airmail, Royal Mail Airsure or International Couriers such as TNT, UPS etc

Depending on the value of your order we will use the most appropriate carrier to send your goods unless otherwise specified by yourself.

Postage and Packaging charges are based upon its weight plus a small contribution to the cost of packaging.

Delivery Information

Orders received after 1:00pm weekdays and orders placed on Weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched the next working day when normal office hours resume, subject to stock availability.

Orders paid by cheque require 5 working days for bank clearance. Once cleared, your order will be dispatched within 24 hours.

All United Kingdom deliveries are sent via Royal Mail post or Courier (depending on weight and value of the order). Please allow up to 5 days for delivery though most of our orders are received next day. If your order is not delivered within this time scale after placing your order, then please email us at quoting the order number (which can be found on your confirmation email) or call us on 020 8688 2366.

If you are not at home when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave a card with information regarding where and when you should collect your parcel. If you do not collect your parcel within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay postage costs for us to re-send the parcel (An additional charge of £15 will be applied in the event of a non collection when goods are delivered by Courier).
