Description

A yeast free high potency sustained release formula in a herbal base for gentle absorption. The body for the release of energy from food needs B vitamins, to increase our ability to deal with stress, the health of the nervous system and to maintain the correct balance of hormones.

Each capsule contains 100mg of the B vitamins and 400ug of folic acid.

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or a glass of water.
