Description

A one a day multivitamin and mineral containing 75 mg of each of the B vitamins.

It can be used as maintenance supplementation covering any insufficiency in the diet or as the centre of a tailored programme where other individual nutrients can be taken along side.

Directions

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal or glass of water
