| This product is great! It's super smooth on the skin. You don't need much--just barely a pea sized drop--so it's lasted me a long time. I started using it in August 2014, and after using it twice per day, I just ran out in July 2015, so it's cost effective in that respect, too. I love the idea of using organic ingredients, but best of all, I love how it makes my skin feel. |

| I was initially skeptical about using this as it has eucalyptus and menthol in it and smells quite overpowering! However I was looking for a natural alternative to Liz Earle cleanse and polish for my redness prone, sensitive skin. I love the creamy formulation and the refreshing sensation it leaves on skin when massaged in. One pump is enough for my whole face and I massage it in and remove with a muslin cloth rinsed in lukewarm water. It leaves my skin soft and refreshed! The only criticism I have is that my face maybe feels a little tight after using it, so I need to apply moisturiser right away. I'm not sure if it would be suitable for very dry skin types. However if it continues making my skin feel as good as it has been - it's only been 4 days! - then I will definitely be repurchasing. It's a great price for an all-natural product too. |

| I wish you would still keep the old products available along with the newly developed products. I really like all your products. But suddenly when you discontinue them, it tends to get annoying for long-term customers like me. All these newly added products do not have any online direction on how to apply them. For some reason, I am apprehensive in using them. |
